This historic mill, built in 1833, is situated on eight idyllic acres along Spring Creek and features a gazebo, pond, waterfall and beautiful gardens.
Ten beautiful uniquely decorated, country-elegant guest rooms are filled with antiques and reproductions. All rooms have private baths, air conditioning, televisions with DVD players and remotes, free wireless internet, and many special architectural features.
The parlor is perfect for good conversation, relaxing, or reading that favorite book. Upon your arrival, afternoon refreshments and home-baked cookies are served. A fireplace graces the dining rooms with refrigerator and microwave for guest use. A Four-Seasons sunroom provides guests with the perfect place to view the Old Mill Pond and the fountain or to relax in front of a gas stove. On the banks of Spring Creek are decks, patios, a gazebo, and a nature path along the creek to Oatka Creek.
A full country breakfast is served daily and includes homemade granola and home-baked breads and muffins. A hearty, not entree is made fresh daily from award-winning breakfast recipes.

Directions to Our Inn
From the New York State Thruway (traveling east):
Take Exit 47. Follow Rte 19S to North Road (Mumford 5 miles sign). Turn left on North Road. Follow for 5 miles to Rte. 36S. Turn right onto Rte 36S. Follow for 2 miles into Mumford. At the flashing life, turn right onto George Street. The Inn is two blocks up the road on the right.
From the New York State Thruway (traveling west):
Take Exit 46 to Rte 390S. Follow Rte 390S to Exit 11. Follow Rte 251W into Scottsville. Turn left onto Rte 383S into Mumford. At the flashing light, turn right onto George Street. The Inn is two blocks up the road on the right.
From Rochester International Airport & Rochester:
Take Rte 390S from the airport to Exit 17 to Scottsville Road/Rte 383S. Follow Rte 383S through Scottsville and Garbutt to Rte 36S into Mumford. At the flashing light, turn right onto George Street. The Inn is two blocks up the road on the right.
From I-490 (traveling west):
Take Exit 3- Churchville and turn left onto Rte 36S. Follow into Mumford. At the flashing light, turn right onto George Street. The Inn is two blocks up the road on the right.
